^^ I replaced the ACC fuse and the car is now driveable. None of the other components work and the anti-theft light is flashing. Heck, not even my automatic car lock(remote) works. There is light on the radio but none on the nav area and also the ac is just on by itself and no matter what I do I cant get it to turn off.

Ralph, we lowered it on H&R springs.
while we were doing the work, we left a laptop with an electrical DC inverter in the car with the keys in the ignition.

about midway through the day, I unplugged the inverter. and took out the keys.

When we got the wheels back on and lowered the car from the jack stands, the car wouldnt start. The power inverter with the keys in the ACC position drained the batt. I had to jump the car. After jumping the car, Dennis' car started but one headlight was out and the same side side maker was out.

That inverter prolli caused all this cuz i know whenever i use mine it messes with my gas needle, showing me i have more gas than i have in my tank..I hope its nothing too crazy after u test out ur battery and alternator today since we didnt mess with anything electrical and the TLs suspension isnt electrical either.

Yea so I think I'll drop it off at the dealer Wednesday since the electronics on the car is complex and I rather not let a local mech mess it up more.

looks like the dealer is gonna rape you on this one. you should drive your car around in low gears this way the battery gets charged up more and may solve half of your problems.
as far as radio and navi go, dont you need a code for it. is it asking for a code atleast?

The battery and alternator checks out fine. I read a few posts on here regarding the issue and some guy has a fix but I suck at electonics. There is one electrical specialist here in galveston and he is 80yo so I am not too sure if he can work on these modern type stuff. I have the instructions printed, ill let a fellow across the street from my workplace read it and see if it makes sense. The instructions have no fix for the key fob tho. Can I reprogram that or the dealer has to do that?

The navi screen is completely out as well as the clock and temp display. The radio lights up but I think the radio itself is controlled by the nav display. So I have no option to enter code.

I dont understand. did this happen because of our install? or do you think there was an underlying problem?

If you wanna come back over, we can test out the 9 volt battery idea.

Ok getting closer to the root. After reading a few more posts, I have come to understand that there is an issue with the subwoofer. I remember trying to take out the subwoofer yesterday and this was when the display went out.

Thanks DarkSith,I'm using Nikon D3000 with the 18-55mm lens (starter kit).

Nauman,I always thought for some reason your rears were 10" and the fronts being 9" on ur wheels.

Dennis,ur car is definitely not sitting high at current level compared to when we check Justins'. I give u 2 months, your car won't have any finger gap at the back or prolli less than a finger gap.

PS,I'm on my phone posting so that's why I can't multi quote.
