paypal sucks now.
if your account is set up through a credit card, it will charge you a fee even tho you sent it as a gift..
so, unless your account is linked to your bank account, you'll get hit with a fee.

I started up my paypal with my bank acct,ive used debit cards too
but they got stolen/expired & i never updated my new ones there
