Well idk what kinda fitment you want but for 11" wheels,

If you want to stretch the tires for clearance and id do 245/40. Im on 235/35 on an almost 10" wheel (9.75")

I'm running a 245/35/19 on my 11.....You'll be fine. Since you'll be driving low and slow it wouldn't matter. plus a 19x11 +10? I doubt you'll fit that with a meaty set up....

And on matte red plasti dip. Just do white. lol.
