i'm probably moving to dallas with in the next month... i am visiting next week to scope out the city, and i was wondering whats fun to do there while im visiting...

im going to be in the SMU area, my girl is going there next semester

 

Given your age, the nightlife scene will be a bit limited unless you have "alternative identification".

There are not really a lot of touristy types of things here. The Sixth Floor (Kennedy assassination museum) is pretty cool if you are into that sort of thing. South Fork of the TV show Dallas fame is a waste of time.

There are lots of cool night spots in the lower Greenville area that is close to SMU, but again, ID will be needed.

Keep in mind that you are visiting during peak temperature time, too. Don't plan on spending much time outside.

HAHA sweet. 2 newbs in Texas. I recently moved to Texas but in the San Antonio area.

 

We will be having a state wide meet sometime soon in Austin so keep a eye out. We normally go on a drive then lunch and more driving after that.

im in downtown dallas right now (SMU area), but im going to leave on the 16th back to maryland.

im probably going to move around the 1st of august, but the date isnt set yet...


btw, im going to medieval times today at 5ish and was wondering if any1 has been there, and if its fun or not
