Well I called just now and the 20th is not available anymore, only the 27th and that might be gone soon. I need to gather some serious interest here before I proceed to piss off some people and cancel my camping trip. Ok fellas, I called the park this morning to make the payment and a few things were brought to my attention. If alcohol is going to be present then we need to pay 2 security officers to be present. I don't think we are going to be able to pay for that. I am inclined so say that park is no go for the meet on the April 27. Here is my idea. I pissed off some coworkers by not agreeing to attend camp on the 26 with them. If we cancel the meet, I would be able to go. An alternative to the meet is to have it at my place only if there are 10 cars or less (sorry I am fairly new to the neighborhood and I want to respect that) or if someone has any other suggestions. If possible I would like to have the meet on the 20th, and not the 27th. Yes I am the chapter leader but we are all a part of the group so the majority will rule in determining the venue and date. Please provide some input. Thanks

Do you really have to reserve for a spot at jack brooks? I mean i go there with friends a lot to play Golf Frisbee and hang out. If you go in and enter to the left theres a parking spot with restrooms, basketball courts, benches to sit and grills to cook (unless we bring our own)
