UPDATE: My trip is booked, and I should be available any night Sunday, Monday or Tuesday 25th-27th. I will be contained to the River walk area since I won't have a rental car, but if you guys want to meet up around that area or another area we could work something out. I will be staying on the river walk and spending my days at the convention center.

This weekend isn't good for me either... if I'm not working, I'll be going to the Texas Mile down in Goliad.

Then the weekend after that is the Galveston cruise.

Sucks being in the IT field sometimes. We are putting in a new building, and new phone system completely, so with me being the sole person, it's taking a lot of my spare time.

A few people on this site recommend La Margarita I'm down for margaritas, I'm just lookin to hang out with some AZ folks, have some drinks, bs, whatever. I'm on this trip for work but I'm trying to just cut loose and have a good time

not sure who is known as the best,but yeah it depends if you guys wanna stay near downtown. not too familiar with margaritas joints but la margarita looks nice from what i see on google

I actually just read an article in the San Antonio Express about La Margarita. Said the food is pretty good, service is excellent, varied menu, patio dining (weather permitting).

Since I get off around 6:00pm, I'll need to go home shower/change, etc, so I probably won't actually be able to get somewhere till 7:30ish, depending on the location. I live in BFE on the waaaay west side (past Lackland).

Some of the best Margaritas in Texas! They close at 10pm during the week, so I would highly recommend we get there as soon as possible. La Margarita closes at 9pm and requires reservations I heard, so that doesn't give us much time.

closing at 9, 10 man what a bummer. I'm down for whatever Russell, I will be done around 4:30-5 so whenever you want to get the party started is fine with me. Either place sounds good to me, and we can always hop.

I get off work at 5pm, and will probably head home to shower. Then I can head downtown to get you probably around 6:00-6:30pm.
