Well holy grass and ass guys, I can't even put words to how fun this weekend has been!! Trance, thanks a million for putting all of this together!!!


I got home at about 6ish after freakin SITTING on IH35 in the middle of freakin no-where for NO FREAKIN point!!! Can you tell that I am still a bit bitter about this?? I hate traffic and anyone who can't freakin drive at least the speed limit or pull the fuck out of my way.

I am almost rear-ended someone today cause I was hauling ass and he pulled out in front of me. Luckily I could use the shoulder or I would be typing this from the ER right now.



Anyways, I don't mean to crap anything up, just had to vent. I seriously had the time of my life guys, we are defin doin this again!!

 

If you weren't sweating that night, you were already dead-it was freakin hotter than hell in there-so much so that when we went outside it felt like we stepped into a refrigerator.

Those pixs are outstanding. The party looked like it was going on with the group shot, and the cars lined up is just too cool for words. What a time it looks like I missed...you guys did it up right!!!

 

Great meet, and it was good to see some old faces and meet some of the folx on here I've never seen before.

 

Hey Shalin, I drove by your car last night around midnight and saw some hick in a Firebird leaving a note on your windshield. Everything OK???

I went to my car an hour after I got home to move my cousin's car and park mine inside. I saw the note too. Basically it said that I was a mutha f*cker and that my pice of sh*t jap car hurt his beautiful firebird's door. He also said that if he sees my car again outside he will key the crap out of it, then called me a terrorist. I took it to the manager of the complex this morning to let them know. Since we don't really know who left it, I didn't call the cops. The manager knows what car I have, they are going to try to step up patrol near my building.

I don't know who the guy is, but I am glad he didn't do anything to my car, I would have gotten really pissed. I am just going to make sure that the car stays in the garage when I am not using it.

 

Hey Dan, do you remember what color the firebird is? Also did you happen to get a plate number? If not, could you do me a favor and just keep a look out and if you see they guy again try to get his plate number for me? Thanks. At first I thought someone was playing a joke, but after you mentioned that you saw the guy, it looks like it wasn't a joke.

 

Actually, it might have been a red corvette -- they both have pop-up headlights.

I promise that if something happens to the CL, it will not be anything to hurt the car. Man, I was so tired after I got home, I didn't think twice about. I took the note, parked the car, then went back to my apartment. Within 5 minutes of walking into the apartment, I fell asleep. I kinda thought that it may have been you, but I wasn't sure. I have had people try to start stuff with me in the past, cause they will park in front of my garage or block me in.

That was actually pretty good on your part though. You had me thinking that someone was out to screw with the car.
