Windows Media Player HELP!!!

Hey guys,

I downloaded to install windows media player 10 version from download.com. But for some reason eveytime I chose to use this software I get error message saying "An internal error has occured" and it won't continue. I uninstalled it but it still won't work. I tried downloading the file and reinstall it but still same error message. Help me out please?

When you uninstalled it, did WMP 9 still work? I would do what Moog-Type-S suggested. Go to the Microsoft website and install it from there.

If you still have WMP 10 installed, I would uninstall it first.

You can download it from Microsoft's website from here:
