Where can i get free PDA software

I just picked up an iPAQ 1940 and now i need some software
specifically i am looking for microsoft street and some games

I have both a Pocket PC based IPaq and a Palm. The Palm is the better unit. It's way more stable, including the interface software to the PC than the windows crap. But, the Ipaq is company provided so I use it. The wife uses the Palm as it is totally fool proof.
