actually i just installed it...it's a pain to use. I don't know if I'm on IM or ICQ or what...and I went to hide a window...and it completely disappeared...

thanks for the suggestion, but i'm uninstalling...too much hassle.

WTF? Hard to use? No trouble here. Just give it time and play with it a little bit.

To tell if you're online, the little icon of whatever service you use (AIM's running guy, ICQ's flower, etc) will be colored. If you're offline it's grey.

I have used it for years, and am testing Beta 2.0. I will never use another OEM IM app.

There is a learning curve, but I got used to it. IT is so powerfull and allows you to do so much. I love it.

Hardly. He's the former lead singer of Pink Floyd. I think he was necessary for Pink Floyd, but I didn't like his solo stuff. On the other hand, I liked David Gilmour's solo stuff.

LOL, UBERly lost Like Bulldog says, he's the lead from Pink Floyd. It, like Pink Floyd, is different. I listen to all kinds of things.

Miranda is good if you like little apps that don't use much resources. But Trillian's skinning and plug in abilities are greater. IT has a bigger memory foot print.

LOL, my list is just what I haven't burned yet. I don't listen to MP3's on the PC or portable MP3 player.

Dude, if I had that many, I would hook the PC to the stereo!
