how old are you again phil? are u renting or own it with a motgage? if u bought it, how much was it? when was it built? prior to this, were u living with parents?

I AM 25. i moved out of my parents house at 17 and never went back, then i lived in a few different apts for 4 yrs prior to buying this house. it was a bank foreclosure...they wanted 135000 i got it for less than a 1/3 (30k cash)of that and then redid it all myself (gutted it to the studs and started from scratch). i did everything i wanted to the house and put 50,000 into it(mortgaged! so now i have 60k comin to me when i sell it! only thing i would change is the pool which is a 30x60 above ground with a deck i wish it was inground but itll rasie my taxes over the 3900 i pay now!
note the cover falling off and the fence brokin (f**kin neighbors kid!)

I am 19, i own my place, gonna move next year to get either 2700+ square foot condo...i'm not really into houses..i like condo's...a nice penthouse with a terrace would be nice.
I'm not gonna front, my parents have given me a lot, maybe around 35g's worth u.s. plus they spent a lot on my furniture, though thats only cause their fucking ballers...their building a MAaaad house, i'l post some pics when its done..
anyways, wait till i'm 25, and i'l post more pics
btw, even if you can floss nicer shit right now..there is still something that makes me more of a pimp than you are, no matter what you own.
