My sister uses earthlink for email and for her and her daughter and apparently parental controls aren't working anymore. It used to pass every email to the moms account and then she decided whether or not to forward it to the daughter and now the emails are going straight to the daughter without going through the mom first.

I told her she needs to get rid of that earthlink garbage but what other email offers parental controls cause that's a must.
