The wipes at my work suck. They streak like hell. What is the best brand of screen cleaner? I don't want to f*ck up my new laptop. Also want to use it to clean my navi. Any suggestions?

 

I have been using the PDA screen cleaners by Fellowies (SP?), I got them at Target. They consist of about 10 packs each with a damp cloth to clean and a dry one to dry. They seem to work pretty good, I use them on my monitors, laptop, and my big screen TV that my dog likes to rub her wet nose on.

 

for the gateway laptop i have it says don't use any chemicals, just use a damp rag with water. So that's what i do and haven't had any problems yet. I wouldn't use any screen cleaner unless it specifically says its for laptops. Most chemicals are for glass, not plastic

A brillo pad and a little bit of gasoline will clean that right up.


Caution: for idiots that take me seriously, do not clean lap top screen with brillo pad and gasoline. It is a joke. Brillo pad and gasoline will cause severe damage to you lap top and might catch fire and blowyou up into small pieces. Its not funny. If you blow up you die.

 

Mix styrofoam and gasoline with a little bit of orange juice and spread it on your hands and rub your computer with it.


No I am kidding. I just use a damp cloth, very damp
