Well as the title suggests my phone broke-in half-! I dropped it at the bar on Thursday night; how awesome is that?...Nevermind the story; I really need to know if I can purchase a phone off Amazon or some other website so that I can circumvent purchasing a data plan. I believe Verizon won't provide a multimedia phone for purchase unless you have a data plan.


My phone was a Motorola Krazer and I was wondering if anyone can make a recommendation of a phone that is similar. Also where can I purchase a phone with just the phone itself.

 

You can buy new/used Verizon enabled phones on ebay, Amazon, and multiple other brick & mortar or internet stores. If buying new w/o contract, be prepared to pay full retail price maybe double the price from Verizon. Craigslist is also a good source for used phones.

 

We'll see what I find online.
