Great. 5 years from now the lawyers will get $50,000,000 and I'll get $5 off a $30 car charger I could get on eBay for $10.

The disabling of file transfers was due to Verizon's MMS offerings. Trust me, Verizon is not the only ones doing it. For example, we have a new handset coming out this summer with removable t-flash memory, and you won't be able to get your photos, or videos off of it. You will have to use MMS.

They are going to win because of the fact Verizon advertised the v710 as having the ability to transfer files w/ bluetooth. That's false advertisement.
