verizon/vx6000 question

i used to have a voice mailbox and now when i hit *86 it says this feature update is not sucsessful and disconnects.. my service plan changed recently but my number hasnt changed or anything..

perhaps they need to reset your voicemail.

try dialing your mobile number instead of using *86
