I am trying to decide between these two phone and can't really make up my mind. I have been to the store to play with the 6800 many times but can't even get a chance to play with the 5800 till the 21st. I keep wondering do I really care about the wireless connection of the 6800 cause I pay for an unlimited data plan anyways. looking for some input.

i have the 6800 and I love it.. With some modification it can be the best for you. The internet is cool with oprah... I love my 6800 and it is the best pda phone for verizon imho

Just keep in mind colt that the xv6800 doesnt work with the bluetooth in the TSX...so if you have the HFL it will not pair with the 6800. I was gonna get that phone until I looked on the website and realized its not compatable. I ended up getting the lg EnV and have been pretty happy with the phone so far

well unfortunately my 04 doesnt have that so I dont have to worry about that. I went with the 6800 anyways and have changed it up quite a bit and really like it so far. gonna wait to send in my rebate though till I can go in and play with the 5800 on the 21st.
