Using Super to convert phone videos

I've got the enV Touch from Verizon and want to convert some videos that I shot with my phone over to a format that I can send out to friends and family to watch. I'm having a problem with figuring out the right settings in Super to convert so it can be watched on Windows Media Player or something else "standard". Basically, whatever format I try to convert it to, either it will get an error or when it is successful, WMP says it has the wrong codecs. I think one of the formats worked, but there was no audio.

When I use Super to view the file from the phone, there is a lot of noise in the audio...can't hear anything but the noise.

Any help or suggestions for the settings would be appreciated!
