Am i able to bring my unlocked razr to a t-mobile store and have them flash it with t-mobile software? I cant use the internet or even get AIM. i am kinda clueless on what to do. MY gf also has the cingular version unlocked, can she do the same?

No they do no such thing, Go to hofo to figure out the AIM Settings, and for the WAP Internet, go to this site:

Its a great site, all you do is put your phone number and phone model and it will shoot you over the settings

 

i appreciate it but i followed all directions from the site but when i got to

2. Scroll to WebAccess and press Select .

3. Scroll to Web Sessions and press Select.

4. Scroll to [the new WAP profile] and press the Menu button.


no "the new WAP profile" found?

 

the new WAP Profile would be the T-Zones profile added on when you did this process

 

ok got that far...but then i set as default and tried to connect and nothing. T-Zones has a picture of a lock next to it on the list of profiles. Does that mena i need to unlock it first?



edit: nevermind, it works now! thanks. But i still dont know how to download just AIM and run it?

 

I dont know the settings for AIM, I never looked it up, Go to that site

www.howardforums.com and go to the T-Mobile section and search, you should be able to pull something up, and also with that other link u can configure your MMS too (Picture Messaging), if you got more questions PM ME
