Is that a 2-yr contract?

It is a small authorized phone store.

The guy there said that if his commission ($90/new customer) can cover the cost, he would get me any phone I liked and covered the activation fee.

He said if I picked that Samsung, he could cover the activation. If I picked the V3, I needed to pay the activation myself.

That place sells alot of unlocked phones too. He said that unlocked phones were much better because all the carriers stripped many features from their phones and locked them to use only in their networks.

One of my friends bought a Samsung D900 from them for $400. It was packed with goodies.
