I am considering upgrading to this phone. I am a Cingular customer and it's available to me for $150.00. Does anybody know if this is a good phone?

my phone freezes and then i have to take out the battery and put it back in lol. There are few other bugs.

btw menu is slow on mine.

they probably fixed the bugs and freezing problem by now because mine is earlier version, when they came out.

is it $150 for just the phone or do you need to get a plan along with it?

For me since it's an upgrade it's only 150.00 plus an 18.00 service charge. I am going to cingular tomorrow so we'll see.

call up customer service and threaten to leave maybe they will waive the 18 up fee especially if you are good at giving people hell

Turns out it was $219.00 with the $100 rebate. I really like the phone so far.
