software to burn DVD??

I was wondering does anybody in here know what kind of software do i have to have in order to burn DVD music in to cd so i can please it in the car?? I have a DVD player on my computer and I need the software so i can burn.

Are you talking about DVD music from a movie/concert or DVD-A?
