So what should I do with my Dell LCD?
I got my new DELL UltraSharp 2001FP 20.1 LCD yesterday because my old one crapped out... It took only 2 days to get it!
Now after I talked to customer service on Sat., they sent me an email...it said this:
Guess what? No return air bill or any paperwork at all! Really weird..I called Dell to followup, but if they don't want it...what should I do? Is it difficult repairing these monitors? I'm almost positive the video card in the monitor needs to be replaced...but not 100% sure....

You should double check in the box, maybe between the foams just to make sure there is no return bill. It would suck if they billed you for a new monitor...
I'm almost positive they'll know from the Serial Number. I had to give it to them @ the first initial call.
