It's on my browsers. Any idea how to remove it? It's like a tool bar. I uninstalled firefox and can't find it under add/remove programs.

If a site is willing to illegally host copyrighted material to attract visitors that it should be obvious that that site would be willing to use illegal means to make money off of said customers with malware. No legitamate company is going to advertise on those sites so they go to make money somehow.

It can't be uninstalled. Your nodez are haxored.
On a serious note, check the processes that are running on your machine, try to narrow down the name of the process that is running. Look it up in google to see how other's have uninstalled it; or take the brute force way and simple delete it from your computer. Of course that requires that you know a bit as to how to do so to ensure you remove it from many places (registry, startup scripts, etc), not just your filesystem.

I've been searching around and really I think my best option is to just do a restore. I don't have anything on the computer that I can' replace, just need to put all the pictures and some documents on a external hard drive.
At least the computer will be like new again
