Is there any product I can use to polish the scratches out of the screen on my cell?

I have a SonyEricsson T637. I love this phone!!!! it's small and thin enough that I can just carry it in my shirt pocket. Problem is, doing so has put a number of scratches in the LCD. Is there a product out there (scratch-X?!?) that will polish out the scratches without completely destroying the visibility on the screen???

 

There used to be something sold on eBay that would take away the scratches. I use toothpaste first...just rubbing small amounts onto the screen. It works a little.

 

Brasso polish works well..i use it on my ipod, watches and cell phone....i bought some at home depot
