Both the wifie and I have the Samsung Eternity phones through ATT. She gets and upgrade next month, and I do in June.

Both phones within six weeks of each other started acting crazy. They either brick or randomly "press" buttons or move erratically on the screens. They are so bad that I had to buy new batteries for our old Razrs to at least have phone service until the upgrades.

Concerning the Eternity, I've tried to remove the battery, SIM card, etc. Nothing works. It's like the phone has a virus. Phones never dropped or gotten wet. ATT doesn't care; we are out of warranty and near the end of our contract.

But any ATT representatives beware. I will get the new iPhone in a few months and the insurance program. AND I WILL TAKE A SHOWER WITH THAT BITCH ONCE A MONTH!!!

 

I have an Impression and I'm on my second one. Lots of glitches and the phone gets stuck a lot. Could've been a great phone too
