Question aboult v710 settlement

Am I part of the class if I baught and activated the phone before the cutoff date BUT already had VZW service?

No letter. I baught it from a private party. That should not matter though. My activation date is December 6th.

What exactly did verizon do differently after the end date of the lawsuit eligibility period??? I'm curious, because I'm outside of the eligibility period. What changed in the phone?

Nothing. I think that the case was filed on Feb 1. I am prolly wrong but that is how I rationalized it!
