Ok here's the story...im really pissed that i was forced (long story) to switch from cingular to verizon. I got the motorola razr v3c.

ALL i want to do is put my music into my phone, but apparently these verizon phones are impossible to work with. I bought the motorola phone tools program and it wont show me the icon for editing music, so that proved useless.

Then i decided to use windows media player 10, but none of my computers (new computers) recognize my phone?? When i connect my phone to the usb, the "new hardware wizard" pops up. Then it says that it cannot install my device bc of something, and it's asking me for software. As far as i know this phone only brought a cd that shows you how to use the phone.

Has anyone had this problem?can someone please help me out here? im pulling my hairs out!
