So I ignore that.

Downloaded the drivers from LG's website, installed them. Gives me this 3 times...



but says they are installed successfully. I plug the phone in, get the install new hardware screen again, and ignore it. I open BitPim, click detect new phone, and it can't find anything.

How can I get this to work?

 

u will get that screen several times, because your phone is a multi function device. Keep clicking continue anyway, and eventually you should get thru them all. then you'll likely need to do a restart and it should work fine once you boot it back up.
