Prepaid phone deals

Call me crazy cheap but I'm doing this to save dough and be in control of my minutes and usage.

Just wanted to pass this deal along as I put my order in today for one:

www.cheapphonecards.com is the distributor which i bought the LG1200 from.
www.stimobile.com is the company that piggybacks the Sprint network and sells prepaid cards.

WARNING Cheapphonecards shows they have coverage in the area on this map
http://www.cheapphonecards.com/cccar....php?imageid=8

Their provider shows coverage in a much smaller area:
http://stimobile.com/networkpopup.aspx

Cheapphonecards shows they are selling sprint service but STI the provider states they are selling 3G nationwide networks service which does not have access to numbers in all of sprint network. Before purchasing you should verify with their provider STI whether or not they have numbers in your market especially if your area is not shown in STI's coverage map.

No daily/monthly service charge - confirmed by multiple people through CSR.

Note-1 There is a $4.95 activation fee which will come out of your $10 card included in this deal

Note-2 If you do not use the phone for 60 days, you forfeit any existing balance as well as the number you have, then you have to reactivate it by paying another $4.95 fee. Make sure you dial a number once every 60 days, if you can.

Phone comes with an extra dollar it seems
Only 3 phones offered, LG1200 LG5225 Nokia 3588i , but I can live with that if the service is decent and convenient to refill cards. This is the only major drawback I have concluded so far. Sprint service I will be testing out soon when I get my phone delivered so I'll fill you guys in.

good luck...prepaid is usually more expensive especially because of no m2m, or n&w mintues...we usually target people with no credit or bad credit.....
