Picked this up in Asia...
Sony Ericsson Z600. 
Sucks that Cingular uses a 800 MHz band where I live. Its all good though...They have 900 MHz at my med school. Only a few more days till I can use it again.

The external display, as shown in the picture on the right, is a non-colour one line simple LCD. Some people would prefer to have at least an STN or TFT, 4k or 64k colour display so they can at least show the caller's picture or some animation along with the caller ID.

It shows "missed call" "caller id" etc etc in the display. But no color.
