phones for cingular

my little brother who lives in ct has cingular.

his phone sucks and he needs a new one. can anybody get me a good deal on something for him? or suggest a place to pick one up?

I'm browsing eBay right now but I don't really know which phones are good or whatever.

thanks....

The cheapest phone Cingular offeres is the Nokia 1100. It's a good very basic phone but short on features.

he has the sony ericcson t62u and he says it sucks. he's on his second phone and it gets no reception, all the buttons have a delay, and it just overall is junk.

he is not a gadget guy, he wants the best quality phone without any unecessary features. no cameras, no bluetooth, no pda. just a solid basic phone.

mikey, you still sell phones? you got any for cingular?

Motorola T270 works great for me. I had a Nokia & the reception is 10X better with the Moto.
