Anyone in charge of their company cell phones/servers? Specifically running a Blackberry server Professional/Enterprise server?

I am wondering how the RIM outages affect users with their own server in-house.

If RIM is having an outage, then it will not matter if you have a BES in house or not. Your users will also be affected until the outage is resolved.
