My Corp paid phone died, and if I go through the national acct rep its gonna take 2 weeks. How can I get one quicker Non-Ebay

ah... the dreaded MAJOR ACCOUNT.

i should know this because i got an email about it the other day, but IF i'm not mistaken our policy has changed. i THINK you can now go into the direct stores and purchase a phone although it's a national account.

to be on the safe side, call a vzw store and make sure... also, make sure you're name is on the account. otherwise, you can't do shit... not even change the esn if you buy a phone from ebay....

we CANNOT touch NATIONAL ACCOUNTS (20+ lines), MAJOR ACCOUNTS, or GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTS...

these account reps make like $150-200k+ and dont like when a peon retail rep touches their accounts.... you're ass is fucked if they wanna escalate the issue....

honestly tho... get in touch with the rep, email is probably the best bet. i'm sure i can get in touch with them if you know their name.

 

oh... if u physically still have your phone, i know for sure u can go into the direct stores and swap your phone out if it's under warranty or pay the $50 fee if its not. tech support does this...

 

i can sell him some extra phones i have lying around my joint..that's what i was talking about...
