I'm here playing with my sister's new laptop. I think there is something wrong with the battery. When I click on the Windows power management icon it says 87% and charging. However, when I click on the Detail button it says 87% and discharging. When I go through the hot keys for a BIOS reading it gives me 88% full. The battery doesn't charge to 100% anymore, WTF? Its a Sanyo Lithium-Ion and its a week old from Dell....is it another call to tech support for me?
