need to hire programmer

hey guys, was wondering if any of you might know how i could get in touch with an overseas programmer that can do some work for my company. preferrably someone from india or china. any suggestions on where to start looking? oh yea, we need someone who knows how to work with asp.net/sql2000.

why do you want an oversees programmer? how big is your company and how big is the project, is it contract or permanent?

if `your` company is a small shop and just needs some extra work why not just hire a young or in school worker from YOUR COUNTRY.

theres plenty of programmers here that will work for just as cheap as some foreign piece of shit draining our economy.
