need help with phone modem (E680i)

just bought a motorola E680i from hong kong...i live in NJ and i got the GPRS to work on my phone...and supposedly the phone supports GPRS internet,(using it as a modem on my laptop)but i cant get it to work.

any ideas?

just got it to connect, it dialed *99# and it connected, but i nothing loads up from the web
