Need a 3rd Party Laptop Battery supplier

Dell laptop batteries suck.

Where I work we bought about 30 Inspiron 600m laptops last year. 12 batteries failed within the first year of service. Dell will only warrantee a battery for 1 year even if the machine has a 3 year warranty.

Now I have batteries going bad in machines that are out of warranty. Dell wants over $150 for their crappy batteries. Can I get a better battery for these things elsewhere? If so, where?

Looks to be okay, but still not much less than Dell's POS batteries.
