Motorola v710 freezing problems-

I am on my second v710 in a week, and both are freezing frequently. When they freeze, they are not performing any one particular task.

Has anyone had any problems with phones "freezing up" to the point no buttons work?

I may return my v710 for another phone, or buy a friends old Verizon phone to use until something I like comes available.

I haven't heard of this problem. The V710 I had never froze up when I went into the camera. Maybe you are looking at bad batch, perhaps you can get one from another source. Waiting on Verizon for a new phone, you might be waiting a long time. The V710 is a pretty decent phone.

I ordered mine from the warehouse, I think, in Jersey. Maybe where you get it from makes a difference. No problems here. Where'd ya get yours?

I got mine from two DC suburb locations. One at "Montgomery" Westfield Mall, and one at Rockville. They both are freezing, it sucks-
