Motorola V66 cuts off when I plug in an ear piece..
SubscribeAny idea why? I do not have my manual but have flipped through the menu and cannot figure out why and what to do.
Anyone have a good recommendation for a T-mobile phone that is not expensive and works well. I do not need a camera feature.

no, I used the earpiece on my regular home phone and it works fine.
Am thinking of getting a Samsung X475 or X495 off Ebay if I can get it for under $80. Don't want to have to sign a 1 year contract just to get a new phone and if I did, I would not be going back to T Mobile since they have no carryover minutes.

Just get a Nokia 6010 at Walmart for $40 on the Prepaid kit, it will do you just fine, or see if they have some other flip phones cheap too if you prefer
Do I have to sign a contract for the Nokia at $40?

Nope you buy the prepaid kit ready to go, dealers dont want you to know this, but its a inside secret
, just dont go and get the phone activated at a dealer, he wont get any commission for it, but a current customer like you can use it, you can even take the sim that comes included, activate it, and put it in your V66 and use up the minutes and keep the V66 for emergency's, and you get a free headpiece inside and 60 minutes
