Looking for a cheap PDA with 802.11

I'm looking for the least expensive PDA with 802.11b wireless capability, so the least expensive combination I've found to date is an open-box Palm Zire 31 with an aftermarket 802.11b card, for a total of around $160. Please feel free to suggest better/less expensive combos as I'm new to the PDA area.

Questions:
1) If I add an 802.11b wireless card to the Zire 31, will I be able to access webpages provided that I have a web browser installed?

2) Do open-box PDAs from palmone.com normally come with the AC Adapter? The website stated that some original materials may be missing.

Thanks in advance,
Michael

I just purchased the Dell Axim x51V off of Ebay for $305 shipped which is a good price for it. Usually goes for 399 off of dell.com.
