Little Bit of a Dilemma
My phone contract is up at the end of March so I'm checking out the new phones in anticipation to replace my Evo (the original). Here's the thing... I've reviewed the features of the newest phones and honestly I don't see a nickel's worth of difference between them and my 2 year old EVO 4G. I don't have a single complaint with my Evo (that I can't complain about with any Android phone). I just works. Am I missing something?

I'm not interested in an iPhone btw.

So just keep your phone until you find a better one-- then sign a contract.
My two-year contract with AT&T expired 4 years ago, but the monthly terms have remained the same while I'm still using the same old feature phone that came with the contract.

That is what I am doing
My new in 2 came up 2 months ago, and my Incredible still works fine. And none of the new phones have anything I want, So I am just keeping my old phone and plan until something better comes along, which looks to be around the end of the year.

I'll have to grab some RSS feeds on that conference. Thanks.
edit: I think that's "Mobile World Congress"
Now that may be worth taking a look into. This will be great if the mobile processor is the component that hinders the performance of a mobile device. I don't think it is. In addition, will a newer, more powerful processor be more of a drain on the already taxed battery technology?
