for this form factor id go with the moto a630 which is out now on tmobile.

 

You would choose a carrier strictly by its handsets and not by their reliablity, or features, services they offer?

 

i would agree with you is you posted this 2 years ago but they have really stepped up their game

 

actually tmob rocks out here, just a bummer for no 3g rollout.
