Hewlett-Packard: TouchPad News and Discussion Thread
I would have to agree. WebOS is pretty boring. Also, I don't know if it's the OS or the hardware, but the touch response on my TouchPad is HORRIBLE. Sometimes I wanna type a response to a post and I see myself trying to hit the keys three times until it will finally register. Tried out my cousin's iPad 2 and my friend's Asus android tablet and the touch response was flawless.

No issues here
Yup I did the whole shabang. Even ran a lot of those improvement scripts like ripple delete, touch sensitivity increase, logging, etc.
But it's still a vital part of my life because I love converting my class slides, lectures, and text to PDF, load them onto the Touchpad, and study as I go. No more carrying crap loads of paper and books.

Again, the Touchpad is nice for the $100, but compared to Ipad 2 its not that much fun. I been playing with my Flyer and Im starting to like Android. So I decided to sell the TP and the Flyer and pick up an updated 7 inch droid tablet, thinking about the Acer or Samsung one.
Yay!!!!

So I installed ICS CM9 on my TP and I'm loving it. It has a few bugs like Camera/Mic dont work and hardware video acceleation is still not working (No Netflix, Ustream, etc....) But other than that it works amazingly well and smooth!

doesn't really affect anything else other than streaming video
