Hey everyone, so basically this is what happened, I sort of have slight anger management/phone issues. So anyway, I was pissed off and broke my cell phone(non flip) in half. I have the SIM card(from Cingular) and I went to put it in an old Nokia 3595 phone. However, now my old Nokia wants a code for de-restriction. Can anyone tell me exactly how to go about entering it?

Your nokia is most likely not a cingular phone so it doesn't recognize your sim card. the code it's asking for it's the unlock code to allow the phone to use any sim card regardless of carrier.
Go to this site and find out if your phone can be unlocked with a code http://unlock.nokiafree.org/
