Gov't software sales opp....
so i got the offer letter today. The base salary that they are offering is only $7500 than I make more.
The commission is the kicker, $76K/year AT GOAL.
In one year, I can take over as sales manager.
I just came back to mci 2 months ago (worked here last year then got laid off).
What's a nice way to ask for more in base?
