Free Nights and Weekends

Does anyone know if free nights and weekends start time depends on your current geographic location or the time zone in which the area code of your phone is? The reason I ask is I am going to be doing a fair amout of travelling to the east coast and can't get a straight answer out of Cingular if my nights begin at 9PM PST always or if they vary depending on where I am.

Where you are at, Even if you have a New York Number and You go to California, it goes by the California Time, also one thing lots of people dont know is, if you start a call at 8:59 pm and talk for 3 hours, you are gonna get charged 3 Hours Day Time Minutes, because the Call did not originate on the nights.

Cool, thanks Raheel, I knew that the call had to originate after 9 PM, I found that one out the hard way.
