ok...so im sure many of you know that T-MOBILE has many rebate offers. i upgraded my phone to a motorolla v300 or 600(i forget) and was promised $100.00 rebate. i did everything online and they sent me a rebate form. i fill everything out and mail it to t-mobile thinking im getting my money back..4 months pass and i get a letter that says i did not do the rebate correctly and am not eligible! fuck that! i harassed them over and over again to the point that the time i spent wasnt even worth the $100.00! but its the PRINCIPLE! anyways, i finally got my $100.00 rebate check and it only took a million phone calls, filling out the forms twice, and about 5-6 months!!! any similar experiences?

T-Mobile Rebates have always been fast for me, they even have a site online where you can track your rebate, what went wrong

 

 

vzw sent me emails saying they got it..and another email saying it was already sent out...took about a month total ...pretty quick..

 

well all of you guys have the luck of the irish then...i had to go thru hell to get my rebate back! i was tracking my rebate on the website too, but it didnt tell you much...other than it was processing or being processed. maybe my friends and i are just unlucky because i know a lot of people that have issues w/t mobile rebates...

 

T-mobile rebates generally take about 1 1/2 month if you fill them out correctly and send everything required. People who recieve theirs late are usually those who fill them out incorrectly or don't send in everything required. There are actually very few issues with T-mobile rebates. They send you the rebate a lot faster than other companies. Once in a blue moon I'll have a customer come in who didn't get theirs. But these people are people who didn't complete the rebate correctly. When we used to do AT&T, there were a lot of issues with the rebates.

 

i already got my $50 tmobile rebate

waiting on the $100 amazon one, doubt i'll get that because i disc my old number
