Dragon Naturally Speaking

Anyone use it? Looking for some feedback from real world use...

I am a much faster thinker than typist and it is holding me back.

I have a client that uses it almost exclusively. They dictate all their medical reports and it seems to work well for them. I haven't used it myself

^Thanks, I have a colleague who loves it, but the reviews online (amazon, etc.) are TERRIBLE for it.

I haven't heard about Dragon in years. My father types with his index fingers.
I've tried for years to get him to learn to type, but he's technologically challenged.
Anyways.. I installed it for him to use over 15 years ago (maybe closer to 20).
Back then it was pretty damn good. I can't image it would regress from there.

It might depend on use though. For him it was strictly to dictate to word.
