I know how to unlock it, it only has GSM 1900 band so I dunno if it will be useful in Europe, LEt me have your IMEI # and I will unlock it. Press #06#* for your IMEI Number (Kind of like a Serial #)

Don't do it, its a trap. jk The 3390 is a single band phone and will only work on 1900mhz which is Canada/U.S./Parts of mexico.
